I am Elizabeth -- I am am now a retired ~ Unit Secretary of an Orthopedic unit in Rochester, MN.
My husband, Charles ~~ works from home ~ keeping watch over our Bulldog family.
We and our youngest son, Charlie, have been raising Bulldogs for a few years now...
Our son, Kevin, also had a female, Brittney.
Our oldest son, Jim and his family, live in Red Lake, On, CA ~ have two Boxers.
Chuck has raised a few different breeds of dogs over the years, mostly hunting dogs...
My Dad raised Bassets and Dachshunds.
Charlie had always wanted an English Bulldog, as did my mother, so he purchased Diamond Dixie, she was the sweetest English Bulldog one could have asked for. We love the breed ~~ the snoring, the exciting individual personalities, their love and devotion for their owner, and the bulldog game of "keep away" - which 'ours' love to play. And "yes" even their stubbornness, when they hear you calling their names, they sit there looking at you with the expression ~ "Are you talking to me?"
We had a pair of Norwegian Elkhounds, and had planned to raise them also ~
but a speeding pickup took our male from us.
So.....Buddy, our English Bulldog and LilyAnn, our Elkhound decided
to produce a litter on their own,
but there was not a repeat, as we had hoped they would do.
The pups were so cute and marked so uniquely beautiful.
We live in the South Eastern portion of Minnesota.
About 15 minutes from Chatfield, MN. About a 35 minute drive from Rochester, MN.
And about a two hour drive south of the Twin Cities, MN -
Little over an hour from LaCrosse, WI

Please research all the different breeds to see whom is right for you.
There are many wonderful sites that explain all about the different breeds ~~
just put the breed you would like to know about in the search area and go from there.
You can find out ~ the "good and the not so good" traits of all breeds.
YES< I do LOVE the English Bulldog ~ but ~ they are not for everyone ~
Just having had a DOG ~ does not mean you will be able to understand and love an English Bulldog. So Again PLEASE ~ read everything you can on the breed ~ find someone that has an English Bulldog and socialize with their pet for a time ~

2011 Update:
We are in a turn over time of our lives, actually our lives are in turmoil,
but that is another issue.
We have "purchased" a new male,
Mr. Bentley-Goliath Handsome Man
from Hedrick's English Bulldogs of WI.
Bentley will add a needed solid color to our females pups, he is the greatest little guy.
Mr. Bentley-Goliath is a calm, easy going boy.
2013 Up Date:
We have added three females to our group. Tiffany, Iszadora, and Gabrielle.
Our Nikki and McKenzie both passed.
2014 Up Date:
Quite a few things happened in 2014 ~~Mr. Bentley-Goliath Handsome Man ~ has now made his home with a family in WI. Porsha is with a family in WI. LilyAnn passed.
We are searching for a home.
2015 Up Date:
Tiffany has made a new home with a wonderful family in Northern Minnesota ~
Tiffany did not react well to anesthesia, so I decided to not put her thru a C-section again.
Iszadora also has been placed with a loving family, here in SE Minnesota.
We kept two girls: Gabrielle's ~ Suzanne Elaine Jubilee
Tiffany's ~ Amanda Joy Jubilee
2016 A New Beginning:
I think we have found a home ~ expecting great things from our little group.
Charlie has purchased a home here in Fountain, MN
We have added: a female ~ Sophia Noelle Hope
a male ~ Indiana Yipster Harrison.
We purchased both the kids from Windy Knob English Bulldogs
We also have decided to keep a female from Gabrielle's final litter.

2017 Up Date:
Indiana passed in June, re-homed Sophia. Kevin's Brittney Girl passed in July.
Got two new girls ~ Rosalie Netta Mercedes and Lucille Netta Iszadora.
Kept a female out of Mandy and Indy ~ Janette Mykala Joy Jubilee.
2018 Up Date:
Precious Diamond Maggie turned 12 in January ~ passed in May.
Placed Lucille with a family. Krista has been placed.
2019 Up Date:
Rosalie has been re-homed with a wonderful gal and her family.
Have a new male ~ Axel Lee Maximus
Two new females: Tessa Marie Mykayla Jubilee ~ Cora Mylia MissyAnn
2020 Up Date:
Axel Lee Maximus has been placed.
Got Cooper Jackson Canelo in June.
2021 Up Date:
Charles Copeman passed in early March.
Cooper Jackson Canelo was placed with a family.
Dallas Cole Harrison came to me in July.
